with out much info to go on there seams to be a connection problem between your register page and the database , which is usually 1 of 3 things .
#1. you have not setup ODBC with the right settings to connect your web page to your database.
#2. you have not setup IIS manager and DBConnect.asp to connect to your database
#3. you have not setup the right database connection for your web site as far as database name , user ID and Password for your website setting to connect everything together .
check all 3 and if everything is 100% right then let me know and i will try to help you more or help you to find out why its not working .
