weird problem in sr_shardmanager >.<

hello epvp experts ..
i've got a weird problem in sr_shardmanager, i couldn't fix it or find a solution at anywhere ..

here is the problem

When I Start My SR_ShardManager it loads and says SR_ShardManager is intialized successfully ..
then , after 1 minute or 2 minutes it says :
failed to intialize billing server url , cannot open URL
billing server is dead

2 thing.

check oclock time at VPS and date is work or no.

2nd , check that you setuping the features good maybe everything is setupin' well, but you didn't clicked yes at that



you must make them as showin for u. to work well. and check db connect SRO_VT_ACCOUNT_?? same as ur ini's

ini is 100%

check features turn on / off sides.

check the server.cfg maybe you wrote another billing Address.
