i've searched alot for a working skildata encryptor ! and i didn't find it yet !

everytime i edit skilldata35000enc my client crash ! im getting mad :3
it looks like its illegal to edit skilldata35000enc for me :/
can anyone share a 100% working skilldataenc encryptor ?
