Vsro Private server problem with 2 - CustomCertificationServer

hey guys took me like 2 days i made SQL server and i downloaded everything from except the client from here , so everything work but 2 - CustomCertificationServer keep crashing idk why i did edit everything as in the videos and guides online but it not working so help me i will upload a picture
