Unable to move. Level requirement does not match Mirror Dimension

Hey guys i have this problem that is bugging me and i've googled but no answers my mirror teleport is set to 105 in both DB and client my test char is level 110 and i still can't get in. I have checked dbo.reftelelink and teleportlink.txt in client and they both match up is there anywhere else i am suppose to be looking?

Firstly go dbo.RefGameWorldConfig and find this :
1 695 GROUP_JUPITER_A ENTER_LIMIT_CONDITION_LEVEL_MINIMUM_NUM 111 INT32
if you change 111 to 110 or another you can enter jupiter but only jupiter.You have to make them in jupiter b-c-zealouts-unique rooms.
