2 Machines - 1 Teleport Bug (Dedicated)

Hello experts of EPVP ,

I've ran out of a problem while having a use of this patch "Patch 3 = 2 gameserver & 2 agentserver & 2 machinemanager"
from this thread :

also once i login my account , sometimes i can press "START" button , sometimes not..

i hope some one can help me or advice me about a solution.
