Ecsro SRO_CLIENT white box error.

When I start up SRO and start ECSRO, sro_client comes up then a blank white box is there, I click ok then sro_client shuts itself down, what to do

i got a problem too and i don't know what to do i start the launcher i select vip server and it appears ??????, ?????(2)? what can i do plz help

deactivate antivirus's. if its avg you have to turn resident shield off
