Check _RefOptionalTeleport.
Go to a reverse point. Check your characters latest region. go to that table.. check where the region are the same.
put service to 0. Do the same @ client.

If you want to remove an option completely, you might wanna check _RefObjItem for the reverse item. I haven't tried it, but it could work out with you.

i already disabled the reverse points in db and media.
but the button is still there.
