Request assistance with altering this Warrior tool please.

Hello guys,

I would like a little assistance with altering this warrior buffing tool to make it target 4 people instead of only 2 and do 4 buffs instead of 3. I cannot figure out which program I need to see the coding and alter it, or if that is even possible. If you guys could help me, this would turn out to be a GREAT cleric buffing tool. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide me with.

after altering pak.04 with winhex 04/12/2009 - Dekaron - 1 Replies took me a while to understand it but i get the idea. i have changed the numbers.. entered 2moons.. in characters screen after tryin to connect it says invalid version.. sorry about the noob/newbie question.. but what to do?
