Game client says that the server is offline, the loader can log on. How to fix?

15579,15881,15884 not 15780!

I've tried to forward port 15579 , 15881 and 15884, but it still says that the server is currently offline. Loader works as a charm. i've made a 2nd division now and both of the divisions cannot ping the server. The status in the server says also do not recom...

Any more idea's??
