[Help] Knockdown bug in the server.

Ok so in the server I play in there's a knockdown bug. The bug is simply somebody spamming skills before he gets knocked down so the player gets up immediately and performs the skill he was clicking like he was never knocked down. It's a good server and all but this is really ruining the PVP experience so could anybody please tell me what MUST be changed in the database to fix this bug? Please kindly note that the server is based on Vehalla files.
