[Need Help in Clearing up the database]

Firs of all, Hi everybody!

I'm new in SQL server management Studio, I'm using SQL 2008R2 and I got Server DB that are not Clean like vSRO_Account and etc and I cant edit any tablets before I clean db, so my Question is how to clean them. I'm having hard time figuring out on how to do that... So if anyone could help with that, write a small tutorial or something it wourld really help me a lot.

PS: I in the folder where my db files are located there is file named ClearDB.sql I open it and dunno what to to next :/

Hit f5 after opening the query. it will execute it

You need to learn the very basics of mssql itself.
