ECSRO Reg status

Is the ecsro registration page closed atm? cus i click on Register, fill up my details and then i get a error, i wonder if its a problem here or if the reg page is just closed. Ty all

Check the reg page from time 2 time..its probably just a database backup thats why its not connected to the reg page.
