Server Works, but no connection!!! HELP PLS

My server works fine. I can connect (with deskop pc and laptop) to my server and I can play. But my friends can't connect. When they start the launcher (ip changed) or start the game with the edx loader, they won't connect on my server. The game say: " The server is offline", but he is online!
Pls help me.. i can't understand this problem....
(I used Ipv4 IP from my PC and the local IP --> don't work)
