Of course no.. i found around 30 in less than 5min, is pretty easy and everyone can do it (i didnt test them on official servers, but they are working on vsro, blackrogue..)

The fact is chernobyl helped alot of dumb people to attack/exploit p-servers gaining money.

Seriously that guy is selling exploit fixes for exploits that he has made already.
