.dll files Driving me Nuts!

hey
few days ago i've downloaded the KSRO and tho the sos and the scrolls i find it Boring.. no parties no whatever..
anyhows, i downloaded the ECSRO.. parts and then Torrents, but both wont work.
i uninstalled the KSRO and cleared the Registry from all the Joymax entries and rebooted *** knows how many times, and still give me that Stupid Annoying Send Error freaking Message
its either for missing kernel32.dll or gfxfilemanager.dll
i downloaded from many sites but still that stupid message Pop-up.

any Salvation for this Problem
if reformatting the computer s the only solution then forget about it <-- yeah thats how i look now

more explanation,
when i put the old media.pk2 "189,092" kb it shows the ROC login Screen and then DC with no-dc client installed :-s
and when i put the Media.pk2 in the Media.rar "698,900"Kb it shows the .dll files Error
