Exactly, me and portal can't add new rules to the sections, only admins can.
I advice you and other members to think about new rules but not like subscription cards or 'pay to get your private server sticked' ideas because it wont get accepted, and then post new thread here .

But pay 2 advertise is only for serious servers that want to reach something by investing.....i don't know about any forum mission or whatever the admins have in their mind about it being free2use, but it's kinda useless to keep it going like this.

Maybe adding comments under rating could do it. I rate 3* because i don't like this and that but i like this and that.

But anyway since nothing changed over years in section i don't expect anything.

I fell like we are dying atm the new generation will **** up everything pointless in directions, i just saw kids under 11 year old opening a server i was going to suicide old members sho'd migrate somewere and i don't want to sound too suspicius about but the reality its more darker than you acually notice, in this moment we need specific place for us only ''what still remains about us'' but we really sho'd stop waiting for someone to change somthing act now and bring all you're ideias here and chance what been ''******'' by retards i would like a thread sticked about what must change.

admins have said that such things are against our policies and will not be implemented

Ok, here's an idea for whats happening for the servers' threads

Either its good or bad, there's like a thumbs up / down for each thread.. and a static progress bar above it. Now, if the thumbs up reached more than 500+, it'll be sticked in the 1st page (which means it can't go to the 2nd page, which helps for more searching since it has been rated by 500+ members of epvp); Thumbs down (more than 300+ "since only some people care about that thumbs down"), being automatically reported to the section mods and should be reviewed from the comments, thread itself, quality, etc. and if anything proved that it must / should be closed, close it then..

I think it's the only way for this community to deal with it.

What regular private server owners will do : create 1000x accounts and go rate to their private server.. this will not work and will get us in bigger problem to find all those.

Then activate the thumbs up\down system to users with X posts\threads , for example 40 thread ^^ i think this should work , and i totally agree with Phoenix 1337's idea
