its actually a good question, someone on the forum might have the ability to make one and would want to know who would buy it, another possible use for the elitepvpers.com forum?
i would pay like $500 if someone wanted to email me a finished product, i would love to run my own server.. and someone who already has it done would make another $500 by emailing some files.. i would love to make $500 for a button click

Those servers dont run off emulators, they run off actual server files, i say you could probably buy for $10,000 US

Nah serious: I believe mysro GM had the server files for sail, and if i remember correct it was a little bit less then $10,000...

Dont trust anyone who want to sell you emulators. Search a bit, SREMU is around but it doesnt work.
People will try to scam you.
