Spear nukers were hardly OP at 90 cap. Sure, with the right build, set + weapon, you'd be pretty OP. But, on a server with low rates, that's not easy to do.

Any half decent player could easily make a spear nuker work at 90 cap...Problem is that most good players go either warrior, or rouge...

I think that perfect rates are that you can get capped in 1-2 weeks. Why? Because these days there are barely any servers that can assure long term gameplay and i don't want to grind/bot for ages just to lose everything because server fails.
