Leave it as it is. The second one looks so ******* ugly, and made with Paint, omfg. Besides, the images in the left part are taken from silkroadonline.net, the fonts are plain ugly, and that color isn't good with black... -.-
This is all made with stuff found in the web... nothing made by him.

and i use photoshop not paint...
And the logo with silkroadonline.net too..... -.-' ( photoshop )

I like the first one  - it's cleaner and will load faster on ppl with slow connection.
