I don't want euro too in ecsro, it will ruin the game pretty much, but party mobs would be nice. :P

the only 2 options to get European chars in a PServer are:

both won't happen if you'd ask me.
but.. Snow Shield can be added without getting one of the following.
although it won't be the Snow Shield we all know.
the 'Damage to MP Consume' convertor isn't exists in the current GameServer.
which means, even if they'll add it to the Database (like they did with other skills), it won't have any effect except the visual effect.
the best they can do is to combine few skills, for example:
MP Consume per second (ripoff other skill) and Phy. & Mag. Def buff (ripoff too).
or combining Fire Wall or something.

Another thing, swSRO got their server files from another source, not MTHC.
so, maybe there's a team working on it right now.
if any PServer will release Snow Shield and/or European chars, it would be swSRO (in my opinion),
although I doubt it'll be released, we have to wait for new leaked server files.

* Take note, Europe (as the maps) can be added, Europe, Europeans NPC, European fields etc.. that's why I said 'European chars' and not 'Europe'.
