WTF IS WRONG WITH THE REGISTRATION??

So..I`m kinda new in this whole -sw sro thing but, I found the registration open. I think it`s still opened.I followed all the steps until the 9th one.>.>
I couldn`t do the whole tab then shift+right thing and I asked a friend to help me out. After he made the 9th step.. he said there`s something wrong with the last one..>.> Some guy said in his tutorial that you can let it blank...but my friend said that you have to fill it with something ...WTF is wrong?......Sorry for my bad english. Please help me somehow.

the server isnt open yet

and you need to pay for a code to actually play the server

so dont try :P
