Why cant i record a macro over SjSRO?

Well i wanted to try somthing, but it wont let me record a macro using "Macro manager" Over SjSRO

A macro, is a script that moves the mouse and registers key strokes and clicks. But for some reason it wont let me record one over the SRO window.
