and cap lvl 60-70-80-90-100-120-150 can be edited as the version of the client it wont matter proof?

First of all the cap lvl from 70 to 80:The character can wear thief/trader/hunter any time there was no snow shield..from 80to 80 with euro i.e after euro tht was a GREAT GREAT change in the server files tht took gaymax 3-4 years to complet it WITH FEW BUGGS...they changed the entire game adding euro/skill/masteries/(like wizard..etc snow shield..etc...etc) party mobs/the new trading/thiefing/hunting system fortress war..that is a COMPLET LVL 90-100 CAP

in swsro/ecsro we are runing with LVL 70 CAP but with edited skills of lvl 100 AND U CANNOT CALL THAT A LVL100 CAP since the server got MANY undefined lvl 100 cap features like:

Snow shield.(Proof? why didnt they add it with the edited skills?answer: becuz it was part of the greatly changing of the server files)
Debuffs.
The new system of the triangular conflict.
Euro(skills-maps-characters-masteries).
Invisble detection/mind bow masteries.
Party mobs.
Fortress war...Etc(if they can edit these i doubt, Ecsro claims they can so u guys wait for it)

Actually adding euro took joymax half year without few bugs

and adding custom skills is just plain easy if you know some c++

as long there will be pt mobs and snowshield
this server would do like 5 years for the euro-update would be ready

Somone can tell me how to do SWSRO in English?
Its kinda annoying, I downloaded 2 Media.pk2 files and good SRO_Client and both media's take me back to version 2.05 and the launcher is updating automaticly to 2.20 ... I searched the answer but no luck..
and everytime its patching and when it ends, the game is in ?? again.. (means chinese and not English =-=) and again if I put the media.pk2 it goes back to 2.05 and updating and etc...
