If you don't know how to create / edit a database, save everyone the effort and either spend a few months learning how to, or don't do it.
Second, if you don't know how to create a website, DON'T resort to a free website maker, those are the worst and aren't allowed to be advertised here.

I'm not blaming him for anything - I'm simply saying if you don't have the knowledge to open/run/handle a server, you shouldn't open one until you've learnt how to, hence why I've never attempted to make my own.

well... for example an owner of a company doesn't have to know the same as his co-workers do. he requested someone to do it. what's wrong with it?

Creatonist is right,its like making a big car company , when u actually cant drive.Better waste some time learning that instead of wasting time/money on random ppl who might destroy what u payed for .
