ProtoTypeZ(English), Ancients(Poland or English), Muchachos(German), Authority, Paradise, Noobies, Ragnarok(Poland), SR0Arabia(Egypt), Darkside(Latin), Youtube.
Dont know correct about authority and paradise, but i think they got there own nationality.
I could ask them in the union.

Ancients... are polish.. They are not english;p Maybe they recruit english ppl, but the guild is most polish;p
