IIS is necessary,FTP is used for guild emblems so it's not important unless you want to see guild emblems.

IIS is required to run the billing server, other wise your shard manager will not run. However, you can setup your iis server to run on a local only configuration.

FTP is optional, used for guild emblems only.

IIS for vsro files only, files as TWSRO don't need billing server.

ok i found an alternative for windows iis integrated *im using a mod version and iss wasnt included( but iisexpress is doing the work well
