[HELP]Cant destroy item in alchemy

I can't destroy any items on my server. I can buy Destroyer Rondo and my inventory have alot of free space but when i put it into the window and when I click "Dismantle" the "Alchemy line" runs, and I get the purple dust, like failing an alchemy plus. It tells me "Alchemy failed". So any solutions?
