2 days ago i bought silk, yesterday they banned my ip with no reason -.- so now i want to chageback my money,is it safe to do chargeback? i dont care if i get banned, but im afraid of getting sued i never did a chargeback so.. pls guys help me out...

they're not going to sue you when they're doing something far more illegal than you are....

why the hell would they sue you oversees? it would cost more money to sue you then the actually amount they are sueing for. your out of their jurisdiction.

Hi all there are many questions about the chargeback. So first you can charback maximally payment 45 days old.(I heard) When u charge for example silks to 10 different accounts in 60 to 1 day ago and give CHBack only on payments from one acount, bann will get all accounts ever charged from that card?Only that account that was charged back or just those that were charged in 45th to the last day? Thx for answers
