This is the default chineese launcher so they don't realy got them from Swsro. I think they too have the editors but don't know how to use them well. (or just don't want too)

Nope. Why don't they use auto update? They have incomplete files and no editors. So.. They do copy it.

I think mainly because they will have to keep and update server always on and that will lead to lag and they will need to spend more money but yeah they might not have anything at all
