think so 2 becuz everyone will make a wiz to ks the chinese chars by uniques and they hit nearly everyone 1 or max 2 hit ...thats stupid

u can get lvl100 or wut? and are there lvl100 skills already? o_O that are usable

Yes, you can lvl to lvl 100 and there is lvl 100 Skills, but there isnt snow shield and maybe some skills more.

These skills are probably the most difficult to add...and are very usefull.
And please wait and see that sp, xp, item's, etc etc will be fixed!
I think they will remove all non-chinese from 2nd server, becuz they transfered all char's to the 2nd and now they are fixing that!
