Hey Elitepvpers,
just a short request what skillmastery for ch do u preffer cuz euros have a very hight dmg output
Keep Mastery 300
Make Mastery 330

You dont make a balance at those two races with increasing the mastery to 330. The CH mastery was always 300. You have to change/add some skills on both sides to make it a little balanced. Even then it wont be fully balanced since euros will always have more advantages then CH.

There is little tool somewhere, which helps you to change stats of items. So why don't you keep masteries as they are supposed to be and just nerf euro items?

Everyone overrates European chars so bad, lol.
Any decent chinese (lets take nuker here) is able to kill a random warlock - implying all good players left Silkroad.
