ECSRO puplic is currently online.. and if the add there new skills, the have to use new Media.pk2 and Data.pk2 (idk how the **** is calling now)!
So i think vip or fembria..

Biboja, there is no mobbs there since they are testing these skills in FEMBRIA SERVER witch is closed for public so only gms can login there, its why fembria is closed now, its where they test the skills....
