I guess a new thread should be created talking 'bout this 'new silkroad' or it's just same as official servers but with better graphisms?

It's the same Silkroad but with a new name.
CIMO got their license expired and Joymax didn't wanted to renew it, and instead sold the publishing rights to U1G company who now runs the China version of Silkroad. They use the same files as the old CSRO, cap 125, but with clean database and servers, which means chinese players kinda got scammed because they lost the whole investment they did on the original CSRO during the last 7 years XD
Interestingly seems CIMO is the one running SRO2 now, because the website is hosted on the same IP range as the old cSRO website (even srocn.com redirects to sronew.com)

Ahhh lol thanks for explaining, so that's not really a new silkroad for us but just for them and yeah for people who were playing and spent alot of money on csro they indeed should be ****** off now, I don't think they'll restart on csro again...
Joymax kinda scammed us all xD, even on isro they deleted accs that were not used for the last year or something like that, i got a 112 wizz that I left 'cause i was bored of sro and saw that the acc was deleted lol

Delete user's information without his authorization is illegal, at least on my country, I'd say they rather banned or disabled the accounts.
I still have a warrior/cleric lv 106 on iSRO, but I think its fine cuz I logged like half a year ago in order to test the Battlefield of Infinity XD

Well yeah i think they banned people who didn't played for 1year on two on their account, joymax really don't give a single **** 'bout their players xD I guess it was the start of the end from their side
