It's because of too much slots or too weak server. Maybe a bad CPU or not enough of RAM. Maybe the internet speed is too low to handle that much of skill packets calculations.
If its about skills calculation, its not net then...
It's lagging because have only like 1000 slots as SJSRO
it's not anough , and also the root server hosted in China it's far away from all here ...only people from china haven't lags ingame same like us.
i really don't know where you're making your assumptions, but i live in china, and i still lag like hell.

Nope, noobs have come around proclaiming so with out de-compiling the source and seeing its clean.. I dont think ive ever seen such tools have complete clean scans because of obvious false pre tenses.
