Try to restart your whole Server.
Maybe the one got hacked and the hacker are already logged in.
Or the client is clientless and he must close it in the Tasktmanager

iv managed to duplicate item the proplem is... aftar i relog it dispear.
even if i drop it . sell ,trade it wont dispear it will just come back to my inventory.. its not a display bug i know that one.. it involve in packet and also in a BUG.
if you guys wanna try and give it a shoot tell me ill tell you what i did in steps dont feel like explaining now lol.
