How will this build preform?

actually they can add 100 cap 10d 100cap skills etc and no europe since those are diferent updates

Btw if the level cap is 100 ,they should open chin tomb ,cuz how we gonna level ...from thiefs maybe

i bet its possible in roc mt with that high rates since its easy to lvl to ~95 in roc mt at isro with 1x rates.

Easy... ~95...
Are you serious!? At lvl 91 at 87/88 mobs in cave i get less then 1% an hour.
With 30x rates its possible especially with bot, but if they dont implement cave its just lazy and dumb on there end. The original chinese 1.091 didnt have Roc (did it even have taklamakan) and that has been put in, so im sure its possible.
