it's easy to set it up; you can even google it. Best things you need to know is how to play with ip reservation, dhcp, calculation between subnet. All of these skills are required. I would really suggest you have two static ip because one is mainly used for the server while the other is used for guest. Last but not least, I would use a Server OS to handle this mess. There are simpler ways to do without server, but concerning is security. It's time consuming setting it up so I'm not going to go details. Just this info to get you do your homework. GoodLuck.
