sro sunworld- problem please help

hello, ive got an big problem when i start my sunworld sro. ive download normal silkroad, direct x and ofcourse sro sunworld. please help me i dont know what i can do.

i use windows vista home edition.
when i click ok than the the game wil close.
please help

try to install again and click on the clinet(do not put the media) after he will do upgrade when he done
put the media pk2 and other.

well u mean to download sunworld again. and than hold the mediapk2 (english version) as first out of the client. because when i download it it have an media pk2 with this: ?????? (chinese mediapk2 i gues xD) and when i redownlaoded it than i need start up look of it works and than as last i put the mediapk2 in ? is that what u mean? shorter explain :

as first i need to put the media pk2 out of the map so i dont need to redownload.
than i need redownload the hole game (sunworld). when its done i first need to check of it works.
than i need to püt the english media pk2 in it
