Wrong ips in the launcher or the server is not opened from SMC...
Just use IPInput

You don't need the redirect as long as you use hamachi, just multiclient.

Anyway,
Have you check if there was \SQLEXPRESS in your sql server or not?
Have you changed the IP by ipinput?
Stop checking redirect option in edxsilkroadloader. It ain't necessary!
Try to check your sql information from your certification info to exactly match with server side.
Btw, are you using srzor or smth? I know definately a beginner like you won't have it what so ever but you may take it from another server files, check the folder of your server files if it contains srzor and re-edit the configuration.

check it SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT in ur DB are its already have a same name SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT or it SRO_VT_SHARD ?
and about log DB is already named to Log_DB into ur DB ot its name SRO_VT_LOG !
