Drops only seen in some monsters

So recently I have been trying to figure out drops in my Vsro Files server and I've been on the server and have realized that from monster to level 1 - ~100 do not drop anything, while monsters 101 - ~130 do indeed have drops, I'm wondering how this came to be and if anyone knows how to fix it, if you do please help me out, and if you would prefer, you can add my Skype: calebderti
