I did not calculate but, it takes 25~35kb/sec to load the structure without lag if the ms was 1~9

You can calculate it by yourself, use any internet calculator software *Shitload of lists on google*, launch sro_client and log to the worldstep and then, start the calculation of ms/dloaded/uploaded with many sro players.

There is no way to properly estimate this.

The bandwidth usage is not linear, it is exponential.

What I mean is, while you are idle, alone in some place, you are using near 0 bandwidth, but if you are in an event with 200-300-500 people, you might be using 1-3 mbit/s easy....

So, it really depends on your server profile.
