Extract the whole Particles.pk2 file from ISRO and import everything in the vsro one (you can't copy paste since there will be missing files), find a clinet(not official silkroad) that has 125 level skills and take them since adding by hand from official client (never checked if they are actually added, so I might be speaking a complete bull*hit) is too much work

I took another Particles.pk2 on the client where the good effects that you can replace all later in media.pk2-resinfo-skillseffeсt.txt any sense will not
