Yeah , someone made few photo's of a random game for an aprils fool.
Here,all of them :
The thing is .. the photos look similar to some Silkroad Areas , like the Jangan Cave teleport etc.

Looks weirdly convincing, as knowing joymax the graphics for Silkroad Online 2 would look as **** as that.

I have played Jade Dynasty and PW and I must say that if SRO had those graphics, the games wouldn't feel that outdated
but is not even close
if SRO-2 is really coming, im pretty sure this graphics on that pic are **** compared

They wouldn't use such a good engine though, as they know most of their users can't even run sro on low gfx settings now
edit: saying that, the "detailed" shadow thing is a pain is the ***, that's the only setting which makes my FPS dig it's own grave and close it up with cement

i can run sro with some crazy battles at max graphics NO shadows,if i turn those on,my *** my FPS goes down by like 30
|

As far as I know, it's based on DirectX8 and it's "Realtime" (Ya they're Realtime, just for Monsters, NPC's, Characters and much more Stuff, just implement some Model and you'll see it  )
Prolly it's so badly coded that you won't able to run Shadows on Detail for the next 10 Years. ( Speaking of the Shadows, I heard SRO-R fixed the Slowdown Problem, also it has a new Water Reflection for some Regions like Jangan Cave has now Reflection on the Water while Jangan Cave on vSRO Files doesn't have these even if the Option is turned on)

They're trying to improve the graphics of sro step by step. Somehow it will move to SRO 2 engine before you know it.

Or the Hotan fountain, that's the difference between having an static plain render with a water-ish texture and real time water like on rivers and seas on SRO. They didn't made anything new, just switched the plain texture for real water.

Althought release date was originally planned at late Q4's, open-beta of new SOE's (Sony Online Entertainment) MMO in Star Wars' universe is going live at September.
Clone Wars Adventures is yet another game based on george lucas' realm and storyline. Unlike other games, CWA is taking everything in a softer way, serving us truly cartoon graphics with grotesquely designed characters.
