Hello, i have a poblem with sjsro, when i click "Start" i get error wich says "Sorry.Failed to execute Silkroad. [ Error code(5) ]" Maybe anyone has this problem and knows how to solve it? Btv, its on windows Vista. Thx.
I had the same problem but i found out what its was first download some MHTC files or something, then take particicals media and data in to ecsro map then all will work

and downloand the client again after put him in the folder and start the game

If you got avast antivirus, its auto blocking the sro_client, can also remove it. Uninstall Avast and try ^^ Also if u got vista , right click silkroad.exe go properties and change to windows xp. Dunno if i wrote right ;S GL =)
lupp , i've done the properties changing and i got the same error .
my anti-virus is AVG and i already turned it off , ad reinstalled .
I also tried to install DirectX 9.0b and 9.0c but my computer doesnt use it . it keeps saying that i have the DirectX 10 ... -.-

but i have another prob. old sjsro server is offline to me but on line to others what can i do?
and i tried to fix with execution and turn off antivirus .... i tink vista is too bad fro ecsro also if u have a directx problem you should run it under xp

SJSRO problem 04/28/2009 - SRO Private Server - 1 Replies hello ppl.
i installed the game today and when i open the game (since i got vista i start as adminstrator) i get this error
that was with the old SJSRO media.pk2 so i tried the new1 and i get the error
"the server is under inspections" both medias were downloaded from this site.
what to do? i rly wanna play :P
