SJsro mediapk2 copied in folder still doesnt work

i did everything like the tutorial says : download mediapk2 (sjsro's) then copy in the backup of my ecsro's folder i keep getting a inspection server pop up. heres a pic of it can someone please help me please. thanks, nba2k9.

EDIT: can someone please please upload mediapatcher i found out it comes with agbot but i cant seem to find it please if someone do have it can you spare some time and upload it to any website that i/we (those who needs it as well) to download it. thanks, nba2k9

EDIT2: ok i found mediapatcher no problem took awhile but hey.. ok heres' some other problems im facing i used the mediapatcher changed the i.p. heres a photo i get this pop up its weird. ->>>>>>>

how do you patch the divisionlist manually?

You have to export the divisionlist from the PK2, alter the IPs manually and then import it back to the Media.pk2.

You can use PK2 Tools by Drew Benton to do that.

can you show me step by step on doing this i just goted the pk2tools, its been fraustrating working on this for a 2 days now
