New private server opening!

Greetings everyone!
At this moment I`m trying to open my own SRO private server!

I opened already the private`s forum:

My problem is that I have 14 years and I can`t invest now money in site/forum so I chose just free hosting companies.

So, if I follow this tutorial, I can open the server and players can join here?

Can you tell me any special gaming site hosting company free and how to make connections between server and site?
