have problem with log in screen

guys here's what i get...
i can log in, but at the char selection window i can't see the enter or start button.

Would be fine, but I can't see my character during character creation. :( I also have no sound. On Windows Vista 64-bit, DX10.1, newest graphic drivers. Any suggestions?
