First off, you do nothing for this community, secondly: you try to take advantage of all pserver players just to fill your wallet, and you don't want to carry the consequences. Thirdly, you expect us to help you while you have done all the previous?

As already told,you can't get a legitimate API without providing such documents,money laundry has became the #1 business now,so they have to be careful.
You may consider using a method that is used for suspicious operations and used alot @ underground markets,such as Perfect Money,bitcoins (harder to manage).However, these methods will have to be manual payments aswell.
Short answer : No,you can't cash-out without providing documents.
