i know many ppl did add it but i didn't yet

Uh? It's just a normal map, add it is not complicated, just copy everything from iSRO pk2 like you used to do with any other map.

cuz i really don't know how to do it and even when i try to extract this files ( exe ) i got error

Then don't post it on the general section as a discussion, make a thread on the ask the experts section about how to do it.
You won't get anything from that exe, update iSRO client to latest version and take the maps from there.

Lot's of server got that area working already. For example: Ludoworks > Olsta

btw do i have to take the whole map.pk2
to my own client ?
cuz i have baghdad , const fortress , arena & so ok event all work

That is more complicated, the mapinfo.mfo from iSRO doesn't have baghdad regions, so if you just copy-paste the map and data from iSRO client you won't have Baghdad.

You will have to either wait for a server with both baghdad and survival enabled to take their client (mine for example), or find a way to modify the mapinfo.mfo so you can enable both regions.

Or he can take them from Olsta. I already mention that above ;o

correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't cSRO-R test server has them both as well?
